2. Who/what is your arch nemesis?
Charon. That jerk.
3. Describe how you look.
As a human, I appear to be a tall and lanky guy. I am around 6'2" in height. I wear entirely black and work in a Hot Topic for cover. I usually have Tripp pants and a vest on. I pass my exposed jawbone off as a tattoo. I am capable of keeping or retracting my wings through very good control of my transformation spell. However, magic is poison to me and I tend to need a break afterward in certain instances.
A dragon is my natural self. I am small and compact with large muscles in my legs. Around my neck I wear a collar made from a leather belt covered in pouches for my thief tools. I have many scars and broken spines down my back. One particularly important scar is the one across my neck. I have no skin or scales on my cheek, showing off my jawbone as well as my teeth. There is a red symbol burned into it which only shows up if Charon is summoning me, or just trying to cause me general misery/pain. My scales are dark purple, underbelly is a lighter purple, and my spines are a bit darker than my scales. My eyes are an icy blue.
4. Describe your home.
I do not have a home anymore. I was originally from a clan of dragons living in a mountain region before I joined a band of gypsies traveling across Draire Isle. Then after my death I lived in the underworld with Charon, avoiding Hell. I attempted escape and I for a short while lived on my own in the forests of Draire.
I now live in the modern world. (Roleplay only, Earth. Normally I'd keep him on Draire in his own storyline.)
5. What is your favorite activity?
Polishing my thief tools, humming to myself, playing electric guitar. I also like to fly around at night.
6. Describe your standing in the world. your people.
I am but one in a sea of many.
7. Do you have any scars or strange markings? How did you get them? What do they look like and where are they?
I have many scars. One on the bridge of my nose, across the top of my left eye, across my throat, three on my left side of my neck, one closer to my shoulder, and a few others strew across my body.
8. Do you have any habits?
I shift my weight a lot and tend to talk with my hands, even as a dragon.
9. Do you have any memories of your parents?
None I care to recall. When you die, your life does indeed flash before your eyes and as a result it's hard to remember your life afterward.
10. When you sleep, what do you dream about?
Wringing Charon's neck.
11. What is your lifelong dream/wish?
To be free of my contract.
12. Is there anything you are afraid of? What is it?
Losing. I have always hated it in any form...and I have much to lose.
13. If your arch nemesis attacked your home, what would you do?
I'd try to defend myself, but against Death's Ferryman there is nothing I can do. He has a hold of my contract and my life. He can and will make me suffer for his games.
14. Do you feel guilty about anything?
I could not save them... (He's referring to how he died. He was trying to defend his gypsy caravan when he was caught across the throat by a dragon. The scar has remained even in the afterlife.)
15. Where is the place you always like to go when you want to be alone? (favorite place)
To the top of something very very tall. At times I consider jumping but since I'm unable to die it wouldn't do anything anyway. Other than that, I find the elevation calming.
16. Do you have anything (object) that you treasure?
No unless my belt and tools count. They're all very old and very valuable.
17. What do you do when you are nervous?
Play with my ear. ...I've been trying to kick the habit since I've started to consider piercing them but it's just too hard.
18. Do you have any family?
Probably. It doesn't matter anymore.
19. Do you have any close friends/allies?
Yes, but in my line of work you don't often keep them around for long. I had a close assassin friend named Thanthero but even he has left me to Charon's torture.
20. What is your favorite sound? Smell?
The crackling of a fire, smoke... or I suppose a good guitar solo and wildflowers too.
