WARNING!!!!-ish. Honestly I swear when I write, but hard for me to say if there will be swearing in this Rp. Though I can say, i am openly for swearing. So think about that I guess. ~Your friendly Moderator Alderan o.O
Justin ran down the stairs of the Turbon building, briefcase clutched in his hands. He could hear the footsteps a few floors above him and the sound of guns cocking. Instinct had told him to drop the briefcase from a few flights up so it was easier to run to the bottom, but he knew otherwise. The briefcase was valuable, if not more so than the others. Justin made it down another flight of stairs and looked up from the landing he now stood on. They were still a good two floors up. He waited for another second, a scared looking coming across his face as he heard footsteps on the landing directly above him. Gripping the briefcase closely to his chest, he jumped onto the railing and slit down to the next landing. He looked up and then took a few steps down towards the next landing. After about two, he leaned back and jumped forward over the rest. Landing into a roll so as to absorb the shock away from his legs, he held the briefcase closer towards himself as he got up from the roll. He was on the next landing and had two floors separating him from the three suited men. He undid the two clips on the sides and pulled the keys from his belt and unlocked the briefcase, revealing a small umbrella. He took the umbrella from the padded confines and pressed the button on the handle. The umbrella opened up fully and he slammed the cap on the top into the dividing part of the briefcase, locking it into place. He then twisted the handle three times clockwise and pushed the handle down and towards the inside. Before his eyes, the briefcase and umbrella melted into one and shaped into a heavy shield. The shield was round, with four pointed sides sticking out. He heard the footsteps get louder and crouched down, placing the newly formed shield in front of him. He was pushed back a bit as the rounds began to collide with the shield, it held through. As the first man emptied his magazine, Justin pushed the bulk of the shield forward and threw the man back. With a quick swipe to the right, he hit the second man in the face with the edge. He ran at the third man, bringing the shield up into the air, and bashed one of the edges into the back of the man’s skull.
After all was said and done with, Justin turned the handle three times counter-clockwise and then packed the umbrella into the briefcase. He brushed himself off and checked over his body, looking for wounds. Scratches, bruises, anything. But he found nothing. Since he had received the briefcase and had started using it, he had become resistant to a lot more things.

Kat, with briefcase in hand, quickly walked through the dark alley way. She heard the footsteps following her, but pretended that she didn't know that she was being followed. She listened to the footsteps closely and determined that there were at least 3 people, no... "Men" following her. "Only men have footsteps that heavy and forceful. Unless it's a really fat woman..." The people following her sped up little by little; as did she, until she was running.
She turned a corner and hid behind a dumpster. Sliding down the side of the dumpster, to the ground, she put the briefcase on her lap. The footsteps approached as she spun the proper combination on the locks of the case as quickly as she could. In seconds, she had it open, revealing the padded interior, four shining pipes and an orb. She removed two pipes and connected them quickly then did the same with the other two. After connecting the last two, she connected the two, now larger, pieces to make a larger pole. The footsteps were getting louder as she hit a button near the bottom of the pole and three prongs shot out from the top of it. She grabbed the orb from it's padding and placed it on top of the prongs; which immediately latched onto it.
Kat stood up from her hiding place just as three men in trench coats and tophats came into view. They sped up as they saw her and brought out their weapons. She tapped the bottom of the staff on the ground and it started to glow a brilliant white. In a matter of moments, the staff had taken on a wooden appearance of the mystic staff and the orb at the top, entwined in what looked to be roots, glowed white. The three men slowed as they got closer and could see what she was holding, but they still moved to surround her in attack formation. She looked around at all of them and the white orb changed color, to a fiery red. All of the men moved to attack but none got close enough to hit. Kat spun the staff in front of her and brought it in a straight line, pointing at the men, across her body. A line of fire shot out from the staff and caught the men, engulfing them in flames. The fire burned them until they were dead, and disappeared.
Kat tapped the bottom of the staff on the ground again, returning to it's metal form and put it back in it's protective case, after she looked around and made sure that there weren't anymore enemies around.

Sneakers thudded against the pavement, only mere feet ahead of a group of three men. Steph pumped her legs even harder, forcing herself to gain some distance between herself and her pursuers. Unfortunately, they were faster.
She clung to her briefcase as though it were more precious than life, which in her mind, it was. As she rounded a corner, she sprinted into an alley, buying herself a few precious seconds as the group of men ran by her. As she tried to calm her ragged breaths, she began spinning the combination into the locks before flipping open the case. A small pipe and an ornate minute hand from a grandfather clock were neatly packaged inside. There was also an empty spot within the packing material that was shaped like a small circle.
Holding the pipe in one hand, she grabbed the clock hand with the other and spun it in one side of the pipe, point facing out. The fanciful curves toward its base locked into place and she flipped the pipe over. She pulled a ring off of her right hand and spun it into the other end, the garnet stone facing out. The three objects melded together forming an obsidian dagger. The design of the clock’s hand was still visible on the stone, but the gaps had all become filled in.
Steph put down the briefcase and listened carefully. The three men’s footsteps were approaching her once more. With a twirl of her hand, she flipped the dagger into the assassin position and crouched, waiting and counting the steps. Five…four…three…two…one!
She leapt out of hiding, dagger raised, but she was too soon. The men had not passed. The first of the men ran at her with fists raised while the other two blocked her escape route to the street. With a single fluid motion, she dodged to the side of his attack, though not fast enough for the man to completely miss her. He managed to grab the hood of her sweatshirt and pulled her toward him.
Quickly, she caught her balance and turned to face the man, waving a farewell to him before plunging the dagger into his stomach. She pulled it out and wiped it on the dying man’s shirt before shoving him to the ground and turning to face the remaining two men. Head down, she raced toward them, holding the dagger out to one side. She slit the throat of the attacker on her right as she ran by before twirling to face her final attacker. Once more holding the dagger like an assassin, she plunged it into his shoulder at the base of his neck before pulling it out and upward. Carefully, she cleaned the blade on his shirt.
With the three men dead, she returned to the briefcase in the alley. Once the dagger was neatly disassembled and the ring placed back on her finger, she closed the briefcase.

Just as he was making his way up the flights of stairs, something tugged at the back of Justin's mind. He should check their bodies. Something was there. "But why this time? There never was?" he thought to himself as he thought away the nonsense. Then he turned back. What if there was. He made his way back to the bottom where the three men lay dead and stopped. He slowed his breathing and listened for something, anything. Then he heard it. A little. Faint. Beeping. He checked the men until he finally found it in the jacket pocket of the man he had bashed in the head. He pulled it out and it showed a radar with two three dots. It showed that one was right where he stood. Him... that meant that there were at the least two more like him. He pocketed the tracker and made his trip up the stairs. The one thing he didn't notice was that the back of the tracker had one word planted on it "Mystics inc."

With the briefcase in hand, Steph walked out of the alley and approached her attackers. With a quick nudge of her sneaker, she was positive they were dead. She knelt down and rolled one of the men over, but she could not recognize his face. She had hoped that there would be some kind of link she would be able to recognize, but there was none. It seemed strange that men would just attack her out of the blue. She supposed that it was all because of the briefcase.
As she started to walk away, she heard something beeping. She raised an eyebrow and turned around. When she got closer to the man who had appeared to be the leader of the three, the sound got increasingly louder. She opened the man’s jacket and searched for the source. Finally, her hand brushed against a square metal device. When she pulled it out, she found that it was a kind of GPS with three blinking dots on it. It beeped quietly with every blink. One dot was where she was. The other two, she assumed, belonged to others like her. She wondered if they were also attacked as she had been. She placed the object in her pocket and resumed her walk.

Justin took a step out from the alley he had been waiting just before Steph would have walked in front of it. "That's a nice briefcase there," he said with a faint smile as he looked at the briefcase clutched in her hand. He saw the way she looked at him and smiled. "I'm by myself, not traveling in groups of three. But we can do this one of two ways. We can talk, or we can open the briefcases?"
OOC: Honestly, if you want, I think it would be awesome for them to fight.

Steph stopped in her tracks and turned to see who it was that had spoken to her. She glanced down at her briefcase momentarily before looking at his. With an eyebrow raised, she removed the GPS from her pocket and looked at the dots. Sure enough, two of them had converged to the very spot where she stood. “Words are cheap,” she stated simply, putting away the GPS again. Without even turning her attention from the stranger, she flicked her thumb over the combination lock, something she had practiced time and time again.
Ooc// Lucky for you, Steph is a girl of little words! XD

Justin smiled as the girl put in the combination. He had always wished that his briefcase had had combinations instead of locks that required keys. But that's not how his briefcase had come and he was stuck with it. And he had even tried to hook up the umbrella to a normal briefcase. It hadn't worked. Apparently the briefcase was just as important as the umbrella. He undid the two clips and took the keys from his belt and undid the locks. The briefcase was a little odd, the two locks didn't even match each other. A different key from each. He layed the briefcase on the ground and opened up the umbrella and waited, wanting to see steph's response to his weapon.

With a smirk, she finished the combination and knelt down. The man seemed to be taking his time with his weapon, so she would not rush with her own. She laid out the lead pipe and hand to the clock for a moment as she surveyed his own weapon. It was hard to imagine what kind of object his things would form, for she could think of no weapon that was made in the shape of an umbrella. She shrugged and returned her attention to her dagger. Unlike the man approaching her, she did not want to give him time to respond to her own supplies. She began the process of twisting together the pipe and hand.

Justin hooked the top of the umbrella to the inside of the briefcase and waited until the girl had assembled her weapon before he twisted the handle and drove it down, the two melting into one giant shield. He held it up and waited for her to attack. "Kind of thought I was alone in this. Special if you will," he said with a laugh

After twisting the ring into place, she twirled the now formed dagger upside down and got a good look at his weapon. A shield was not exactly her idea of a weapon, but it looked heavy and hard enough to break bones. It certainly would not be easy to defend against in a close combat considering her dagger was shorter than her forearm. “Guess not,” she said simply, tossing the briefcase into the alley. She would retrieve it later. Surveying her opponent one last time, she darted out to the streets, trying to maintain more than an arm’s length away. Her only hope of landing a blow was to attack from behind, but aside from a parked car or two, she had no way of getting high enough to simply jump over his head.

OOC: Btw, characters should be experiencing an accelerated attribute based on the weapon Ie, my guy will be able to endure more, yours can move faster.
BIC:
"Oh come on!" Justin shouted, as he walked forward, flexing the arm he held the shield in. "Why are you gonna hide? Come out and face me!" he shouted as he came across the briefcase she had thrown down. "Or I guess you'll just be carrying around all of your items," he said with a smile as he picked it up with his left hand.

Ooc// Thanks. I didn’t know/forgot about that. I can’t remember if I read this before or not! XD I’ve been having a loooong week. Oh, and WOO HOO! POST 100! BIC// Steph smirked. While it was not exactly her plan for him to get distracted by her briefcase, it worked. “Behind you,” she whispered in his ear, pressing the tip of her blade against the small of his back. “Didn’t anyone ever tell you it is rude to steal?” she inquired. She tightened her grip on the hilt and glared at him. “You best be putting that down.”

Justin smirked as he felt the tip of the blade against his skin. The shield had made him gutsy, but with good reason. He thrust his back into the blade and sent Steph back a few steps. Whereas the blade would have cut through a normal person, he would have a bruise from the weapon at best. He quickly turned around and threw the shield at her three times, hoping to hit her once.

OOC: Almost forgot about this one. XD
BIC: Kat stood from her kneeling position and looked at the charred bodies around her, Damn... I probably won't be able to get anything off of them. With that thought, she straightened her clothes and began to walk away from the scene.
Just as she was about to exit the alley, she heard a beeping noise coming from one of the bodies. She turned around, slowly, and waited for the sound to come again. The beep never sounded again, so she turned around and began to walk away. The beep came back.
Kat turned around quickly and looked at the bodies. She began to move toward them, and the beep sounded again. As she got close to one of the bodies, the beeping got faster. She knelt down beside the burnt remains of the man and poked through what remained of his coat. A small device was lying on his chest, where a hidden pocket had once been on his coat. She picked up the strange device and looked at it closely. On the screen was a grid and 3 glowing dots. One was where she stood and two others were nearby.
She stood up and left the alley, with the odd GPS system in her hand. Who, or what, were the other two dots?
